Shipment Processing Time

All orders at Holland Kala are processed within 1 business day. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Order Cut-off Time: 2:00 PM (CET/CEST – Amsterdam time).

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (Domestic - Netherlands)

We strive to deliver your products as quickly as possible across the Netherlands.

• Standard Shipping Fee: €6.95 (Fixed price for all domestic orders).
• Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €100.
• Estimated Delivery Time: 1–3 business days within the Netherlands.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD) to ensure the safe arrival of your return, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
