Holland Kala wants you to be thrilled with your new purchase. However, if you need to return an item, we’re here to help.
1. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:
* Unused Condition: Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and labels still attached.
* Original Packaging: Items must be returned in their original packaging.
* Time Frame: Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
* Non-Returnable: For hygiene reasons, certain items such as undergarments or socks cannot be returned once the packaging is opened.
2. Return Shipping Costs
Please note that the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Holland Kala cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
3. How to Initiate a Return
