Return & Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return in accordance with Netherlands consumer rights.

Eligibility & Conditions

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn and unused (strictly not worn outdoors), with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Items that show signs of outdoor use, damage, or missing tags will not be accepted for return.

"Bundle & Gift" Promotional Policy

Our "Buy 1 + Gift" offers are promotional bundles. When you purchase a qualifying product, a complimentary gift is included as part of the bundle.

Important: The gift item is provided free of charge as part of a bundle promotion and is not sold separately. If you wish to return the primary purchased product, the complimentary gift must also be returned in its original, unopened, and unused condition.

  • If both items are returned in acceptable condition, a full refund will be issued for the purchased product in within 5 working days.
  • If the gift is not returned, or is returned in a used or damaged condition, the standard retail value of the gift (as listed on our website at the time of purchase) will be deducted from your refund.

Once a returned product has arrived at our warehouse, our team will inspect the item within 1 business day after receipt.

After successful inspection and confirmation that the returned item meets the return conditions, the refund process will be initiated.

Approved refunds will be processed and transferred within up to 5 business days to the original registered payment account or bank account used by the buyer for the purchase.

Refund timing may vary slightly depending on the payment provider or banking institution.

Please note that returned items must meet the applicable return requirements and conditions.

This condition is disclosed at the time of purchase on the product page and applies in addition to your statutory rights under Dutch consumer law.


How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at hollandkala24@gmail.com. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to send your item back to us.

Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD), as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

European Union – Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling Off Period)

As we operate within the Netherlands, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing a reason, provided the item is in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing at hollandkala24@gmail.com before the 14-day period expires. Return shipping costs in this case are also the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to process the transaction.

Exchange Policy We accept exchanges on a one-time basis only. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including both return and re-delivery shipping fees.
