Therefore, HollandKala is not responsible for ambiguous information or possible typographical errors, but it undertakes to continually update information and content to better serve and inform customers.
HollandKala accepts no responsibility for the functioning of the site due to factors beyond its control (internet outages, telecommunication issues, hardware failures, etc.).
The store commits that all goods offered for sale are completely original; it consists of sellers of genuine branded products, and all items are verified for authenticity.
HollandKala will not disclose users’ unique information to any third parties and commits, through the latest technology, to protect users’ privacy as far as possible.
Services and content on the site are offered solely for your personal, non‑commercial use. Any misuse of this information is subject to legal action, and no individual or site may use site content for sale, reproduction or to generate traffic on their own site without prior consent. Users must fill in the order form accurately and completely; orders with incomplete or incorrect information cannot be processed or delivered.

The value of ordered goods is calculated according to the site’s price list and includes all taxes and duties. If VAT is not listed, it is calculated as zero. The only additional charges may be shipping and insurance.
The warranty period and the name of the after‑sales service provider are stated in the description of each product; if not stated, that product has no warranty.
Return conditions: Any defect or technical fault must be reported within 48 hours of receipt via phone (02122967286) or email (info@hollandkala.com); once confirmed, the item will be repaired or replaced. After 48 hours no claims will be accepted. If the delivered item does not match your order or is not original, you must report this within 24 hours; once verified, a replacement will be sent free of charge. Failure to report within 24 hours implies acceptance of the received items.
